I have been going here for 4+ years without complaint...until now. It is 6+ weeks out to make an appointment. Never in the past have I needed to book more than 1 week out. If I cancel my subscription, I lose my money after 60 days because I can't book appts. I can "freeze" my subscription but I have to pay for the privilege. I was given the excuse that they combined 2 spas into 1 and this is a problem in Oregon and Washington also. I DON'T CARE about Oregon and Washington. If this is the new business model for ME, they have lost a long time customer.
