Fist of all, after reading the negative reviews here. I looked at the website and saw what services were offered. Seems as if many of you who are complaining are the ones who chose DIRECT CREMATION. Folks let me explain something to you all. DIRECT CREMATION is JUST THAT! There is no viewing or any kind of preparation of the body. The funeral home has every right to charge for services that you select! IF you wanted some kind of viewing no matter how small or for however much time.
