I never even purchased a service from Diane, but she was so incredibly knowledgeable and informative that I had to give her 5 stars. I called asking about a quote for a move-out cleaning and she talked to me for over half an hour about the problems I was facing and how to address them. She was straight forward and honest about the services she offered and what was best for my particular situation. She listened to me, gave her expert opinions, and helped me understand what I needed to know. At the end of our call I was so thankful for her input that I had to come tell the reviews, if you want an honest and decent person to help you out, Diane is the lady for you. Thank… read full review
