The secretary made a few mistakes when I ask for an pass inspection report and she isn't professional on the phone or in person, the mechanics did the breaks but didn't bleed them which cost me 120$ somewhere else.

We were visiting from California and had a fender bender on AB 2. Another car rear ended us and dented the lift gate on our Dodge Grand Caravan. North AM was recommended by Co Operators insurance company. The estimate for the repair was quick and easy and approved by Co Operators the same day. Michael the owner told us the needed parts would come in a couple of days and they would prep the new lift gate and paint it to match our car. He said the repair would be done in one day once the prep was done. On Wednesday morning we took the car in around 10:30 AM. The next day on Thursday morning he called and told us the car was ready. The repair looks GREAT!!! We were very happy to find a place to do a quick and EXCELLENT repair on our car. We highly recommend North AM Autobody. FYI... if you are paying out of pocket... We had obtained other estimates and North AM was lower.
