Fountain Tire

My parents had some issues on a recent trip, and Dale and his team took them in and had them sorted even toward closing time. I cant say enough about the excellent service and knowledge here. Thank you!

Charged 140 for an A/C drain, they failed to tell me they don't have the proper tools to flush an A/C system. So now im out 140 and either need to buy the tool myself or take it to someone different.

This also concerns me because they offered to install the new A/C compressor for me, even though they couldn't flush the system for contaminants, which would've ruined the new compressor and voided warranty

Edit: previous review was too harsh. While im not pleased with the situation they have been quite good, their service managers have always been very amiable and professional

Great service and products here. I booked an appointment for an install of some new tires, the prices were fair and they even helped me save some money with a recommendation of a great tire they currently had on special.

Unfortunately there was a communication error on the tire size and the wrong size tires were ordered. (It was likely my fault for a bad cellphone connection) However they noticed this when they went to put the tires on. They notified me of this right away, and found the right tires and said they could still get the correct tires on my car, but they would not be here until later in the day. They did not want to have me wait at the store while this happened… read full review
