Overall it was a great experience. Had a bit of a headache when I went in for 4 brand new tires and went to pick up my car to find they only did 2 for some reason, but in the end, all was straightened out. A bit of irritation and inconvenience for me, however staff remained very professional, friendly, and did all they could to offer great service. Even with the confusion, I would still return and would still recommend Kal Tire to my family and friends. They even took care of me next morning when I kept having one tire losing air and stopped in wondering why - definitely a good experience. Stan and Matt are the standard for customer service. I love dealing with these guys! They are so quick to help with anything you need and always have a smile on their face. I love Kal Tire in wetaskiwin!!

You know, they deserve a good review. I just got back from there. Brought my van in to put some old tires on it. They were in better shape then the ones I took off. They took me in right at the start of my appointment and finished in roughly an hour.When paying the bill, he mentioned that they had found a screw in one tire and had repaired it. I'm sure they were right but I did mention that I had wished they had mentioned that to me before doing the repair. Just so I was in the know. Without skipping a beat, the fella working there agreed and eliminated the charge. I would have paid it anyway, but he eliminated the charge for the tire repair.I can't complain about that....read full review
