If you need a no BS and no upsell shop, this is your stop. Mark was fantastic on the phone when I called with an emergency and needed service asap to get back on the road. He reassured me multiple times that he could get all the parts needed for my 06 Tundra. Got me in the next day, and back on the road in a few hours. Jordan and the mechanic, Glen, were phenomenal. Glen is a former Toyota tech, and only owns Toyotas so he was a wealth of knowledge. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Mark drove out of his way to get the parts. Truly a class act.
Overall very good. Mark is a good mechanic, and will go over the repairs with you in person in detail so you know what he actually did.... try getting any input from the bigger places from Canadian Tire. Not always the best at answering calls, but that's normal for a small business without a receptionist
While working in Wabamun, I had some vehicle issues, called this shop and was told to bring my car by and they looked at it right away and fixed the problem! So helpful and grateful to the gentlemen at this shop!
