They have the nicest staff here. We had to stop due to an emergency change tire and he accommodated us nicely. I didn’t get the name of the awesome person who assisted us. If you have any auto problem, i highly recommend this place.
The car wash was clean. Change was readily available in the laundromat, which also appeared to be well maintained.
We live at a small hamlet near Lake Isle and had trouble with a frozen septic pipe when the temperature reached -44...There appeared to be no hope left to find a plumber as most either told me they didn't do septic work or they didn't have the time. I called Mark and although he was working non-stop because 'everybody' was having trouble and some had no heat, he kept in contact to make sure we were okay while waiting our turn. When he arrived he knew exactly what to do with no hesitation, and worked through the day to resolve the problem along with a leaking pipe inside the house (which I am still trying to figure out how he managed to bend his body to repair...lol). In the end we were pleasantly surprised with a very reasonable price! I wanted to say that we highly appreciate the professional work Mark did, and it was a pleasure having his assistance. He was easy to talk with and didn't even mind me following him around learning how things worked :) We highly recommend The Hanlyman, and he will always be the plumber we call when we have a problem.
