They were completely fantastic! They literally helped me from isle to isle even carrying each item I chose along the way. Simply put.. I walked in there completely not knowing what I exactly need to set up sammy's new puppy!

We have brought our other dogs here for grooming. Now with our newest additions Jocelyn was very kind since it was their first visit. She was very careful on what she did so as to get them familiar with the grooming process. As the 2 pups are only 5 months old they were nervous but came thru their initial visit with tails wagging!

I recently adopted a cat from this petsmart. The cat was technically from Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society , but was staying at this Petsmart. The staff was super knowledgeable about the cat , and super polite , efficient , informative , and just generally amazing during the entire adoption process. You could tell they really do love the animals that they care for until they’re adopted. There was plenty selection for every animal from fish , to cats and dogs , to other small animals such as birds and guinea pigs. The staff and manager made sure that we got the most deals from our coupon book that came with our new adoption as we could :) Things are a bit expensive...read full review
