My partner and I went away for a week this cold snap, we boarded our 1.5 yr old blue heeler/ cross Ruby here. I’m sure if you have any heeler or hearding breed it’s a little nerve wracking know how they’re going to take in new environments.Firstly: the process of boarding was super clean and efficient with their online and email communication. The estimate option is really nice and vaccine uploads.2. Drop off. They let me come a bit early due to the change of flight and they were welcoming and knowledgeable Ruby had no problem walking away with them!3. You can tell how much the staff love dogs as soon as you walk in. Never have I seen my shih tzu as spoiled and adored as she is here by another team of people. Nothing but happy tails all around. 10/10

This place is 5 star. I’m from British Columbia and out for a visit and this place has out done anywhere I’ve been too by far. Never had a dog so excited to go in to get cleaned up and come out a couple hours later smelling and looking absolutely mint. Thanks for fixing up Dumas with a spa day.
