Came in with a very messy dog in her crate, staff were extremely helpful in navigating me around using the dog wash station and getting us squared away. The dog wash was fantastic, and my little foster doggo has never been cleaner. Absolutely will visit again.
My partner and I shop here on a regular basis. We have cats, dogs, and reptiles. We can always find what we need, and if we can't the staff are always helpful. The friendly atmosphere makes our trips to town easy and enjoyable. It's really nice to see the kitties they have available for adoption while I wait for crickets. 🐾💕
Mr Pets in St. Albert is by far the best pet store around. The staff is fantastic, they are friendly, attentive and always will to go above and beyond to help me find what I need. I don’t live in St. Albert but I drive to Mr Pets for all my pets needs because the staff and store are fantastic!! Thank you all so much!! ?
