“Shauna is one of the most patient, kind and actually enjoys humor sometimes. She talks about alternatives if your interested instead of just giving a drug to cover the problem. I am very happy she is in medicine. Been with her now for over 30 odd years and NEVER have I left her office dissatisfied. When it come to healthcare in Alberta she is a jem and I deeply appreciate her wisdom and care she gives.

The staff at times can be a bit disconnected, but I give them tons of grace because they get so many Karens and Keiths barking at their faces for things they cannot control and I know that can wear a person down.

Best thing to do is shower them with kindness and yes love. It's amazing how it changes their frowns to a smile.
