“I have so much to say and don't know where to start. Good human beings is likely the best way to describe my experience. The genuine care and concern I felt while getting my hearing tested and selecting the right aids. Not just hearing aids the right hearing aids for me to survive. The staff was always friendly when I was arriving and making appointments. The day before phone call reminder is a nice friendly touch.

I can't put into words properly how amazingly I was treated and the amount of time and effort was put into helping me. I was never pressured or confused about any test or product and was treated like family.
