Heather was fantastic - kind, thorough, and patient. She made sure the recommendations were clearly understood. I am grateful that many of the vaccines/medications were available for purchase right then and there as we were on a tight schedule before our travels. One suggestion would be to make it more clear when booking online how much time the consultation will take. We budgeted 30 - 45 minutes but it took over an hour and my husband was late for work (I will say that Heather was extremely accommodating and did everything she could to ensure he wouldn't be late).
