“Back in 2015 we hired True North Exteriors to replace our 30-year-old shingles. This new company provided a modest quote and lived by it, installing high-end product on our large complex roof in a single day. Apart from how quietly they worked, a thing that really impressed us was the care taken to comb through our gardens and lawn at the end of the day for any errant nails and debris that may have fallen. Ten years on (2025) we were hit by a downblast that tore away a 4-foot strip of cap shingles along the highest ridge of our roof. We contacted True North (owner Yan) and within days two of True North’s experienced staff arrived fully-prepared to fix the problem with replacement shingles of the same rare type, precut to form a new cap strip, all again at a very reasonable price.
