“They work very hard and what they promised I got more. Frank is a great guy and his teams are amazing people. I had three days to get my yard done before Saturday and they worked in the rain the project manager his name was Christopher knew the predicament I was in and called Frank, In under an hour Frank moved four of his teams to my house we ended up having 15 or 16 people here and they completed everything all my sod, my trees, My fence, a few plants a small retaining wall and a flower bed they put down 4800 square feet of sod under three hours. Today a day later Frank showed up randomly just to make sure the job is perfect and to make sure the sod got enough water. The service I got from them is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone. Prior to hiring Canada General Renovations and Landscaping I hired another company they took a deposit and never showed up I am getting married this Saturday, When Frank and his teams found out they made sure the job got done earlier. I offered everyone a tip and instead of accepting it they all wished me the best and told me there tip was for my husband to be and myself to promise them that we will be happy. Amazing beyond Amazing people.“

This new company provided a modest quote and lived by it, installing high-end product on our large complex roof in a single day. Apart from how quietly they worked, a thing that really impressed us was the care taken to comb through our gardens and lawn at the end of the day for any errant nails and debris that may have fallen. Ten years on (2025) we were hit by a downblast that tore away a 4-foot strip of cap shingles along the highest ridge of our roof. We contacted True North (owner Yan) and within days two of True North’s experienced staff arrived fully-prepared to fix the problem with replacement shingles of the same rare type, precut to form a new cap strip, all again at a very reasonable price.
