“Over the past month I've been working with the team on my hamstring and leg weakness. They have been exceptional they’ve addressed all my concerns and tailored a plan specifically for me. I’ve been recieving a progressive exercise regimen, including hamstring stretches, strengthening moves, and neuromuscular activation. I’ve noticed a significant improvement my pain has decreased, and my overall stability and strength are getting better. “I’ve been going to Acceleration physiotherapy for a Few weeks now after a car accident I see Sid and he has been amazing.
But what really surprised me was, they have massage therapy too!!
I needed both prescribed to me after my car accident and it was so convenient to be able to do all my appointments in one place , especially with them already having my insurance information on hand. It made my life easier . I seen Shauna and she’s so lovely, you can tell she takes pride in helping people Feel better ❤‍🩹.
