I’ve been going to Acceleration physiotherapy for a Few weeks now after a car accident I see Sid and he has been amazing.
But what really surprised me was, they have massage therapy too!!
I needed both prescribed to me after my car accident and it was so convenient to be able to do all my appointments in one place , especially with them already having my insurance information on hand. I started seeing Brittney Achtymichuk at the beginning of March 2026 for mid-back pain mainly due to my posture. At times, this pain was very severe. She was very personable, energetic, knowledgeable and she explained things very clearly. She gave me specific exercises to do plus she did some hands on work. The result has been amazing. Even if I have a very physical day (i.e. hours of gardening), I do some stretches and put a little heat on and it feels better in no time. Then we switched to my hand to try and help by CMC Arthritis. I didn't want to keep getting cortisone shots. I Went to see Mr. Sid Aurka for a vestibular assessment and treatment he did a very thorough exam asked many questions. He did his treatment to fix my bvvp and I immediately felt relief from my vertigo. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him in the future for anything physio related. If you are looking for relief from dizziness book with him.
