Kirsten was my massage therapist. It's been a WHILE since I've had a massage like that! She explained her process well, and had nice firm pressure (a rarity to find IMO) and helped me breathe through the tender spots. I feel a huge difference! The building was easy to find, and the facility was very clean. I'll be going back for sure!

I’d give higher than 5 stars if it was an option. I’ve been going to Christina since 2019. She’s been able to improve my quality of life through regular maintenance massages as well as recovery from a couple car accidents. The best in Sherwood Park! Go and see her or anyone on her team, Great clinic and Christina is an amazing massage therapist.

I've seen all of the therapists at REN and I'm never disappointed. I'm always so relaxed after my massages and the therapists understand my injuries and concerns. I would also highly recommend Hue for the Acupressure Facial... it's amazing!!
