“Excellent service. They were running ahead of time (almost unheard of!) and came early to do our cleaning, which was amazing. Our ducts/vents/furnace were in a dog hair covered state of chaos and hadn't been cleaned since we moved in (embarrassing). They got them super clean and we've already noticed a different in how we feel our AC through the vents, as well as how easily our clothes dried in the dryer. For a 3 bed 3 bath 2 level house, it was reasonably priced and we were well aware of what that price would be before the service even started. The 2 guys who showed up (Brad is the only name I remember - sorry!) were super courteous, pleasant, and mindful of things like closing doors etc etc. They also put all the vent covers back on after and moved things back once they were finished, which is super nice. Overall I *highly* recommend using SEFC for all your duct/vent/furnace cleaning needs.“

“Carson Pow-R-Vac did an exemplary job of cleaning out my dryer vent. They actually found a bird's nest as the cause of the blockage, in addition to the usual dryer lint. I'm looking forward to seeing if my dryer time is shorter when I do laundry on the weekend.

I can't give them 5 stars because of the mess they left behind. The operator sprayed lint and bird feathers all over my sidewalk, parging, recyclable can and hose and tossed the birds nest in with my blue bag recyclables. I have a seperate can for items like that. I had my hose unwound because I was trying to find a leak in my Suncast reel. Please ask if you do not know where something goes and clean up after yourselves, not leave it for the homeowner to do. Surely there must be a bag or something that could have been placed over my outside dryer vent to catch all the lint and debris. It took me over half an hour to clean up the mess left behind.

I can't comment on their duct cleaning since I didn't opt for that service this time.

Update: I am changing my review to give them 4 stars. They really did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning my dryer vent. Drying times have improved immensely. I also appreciate the owner responding to my review and addressing my concerns.“
