UPDATE: 20240214 - We had Ignite come into our new Photography Studio location to see if they could trouble shoot a "noise" that happened when the furnace fan started up - took the Tech only a few minutes and he diagnosed and corrected an issue the space had had for at least 15 year!!! Now the full space has heat!! Amazing service once again!!!~~~~~~~Thank you to the crew at Ignite Heating. We were a member of their Comfort Club where we get filters and maintenance calls during the year. Well thank goodness as they notice something "starting" to go wrong. The part was around $30 and man did it save us. A week after they put it in, we starting in on 2021 deepfreeze...read full review
Ignite Heating did a great job helping get our furnace running again during this cold spell. Roger, Lisa came & figured out the problem & set things back to normal operation. We much appreciate their work! Dustin provided valuable technical advice on how to maintain the furnace operation temporarily while awaiting a service call. Michelle provided psychological support when the basement temp dropped to 12° C and the outdoor temp was -37° C while we arranged the service call.
I cannot say enough good about Ignite and the service that I received today from the technician Roger. My furnace stopped working early in the day and Michelle and Roger both worked hard to prevent me from being without heat all night with windchills going down to minus 33 tonight.In spite of having worked a long day, Roger was extremely personable, professional, and had a great sense of humour and had me laughing on what had been a very stressful day with a broken furnace and no heat. He was extremely respectful of my home, did his work promptly & had me with heat in the blink of an eye.I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional customer service provided...read full review
