It's always a pleasure going into the store, the service is top notch and David treats me and my family so well that I always recommend my friends and colleagues to the store. Jacqueline was so sweet and ready to help, making the whole process so easy.I was treated with much respect and all my needs were met.

It took me two times to pick out the pair of frames I ultimately chose from LensCrafters in the Crossiron Mall. Both times, although a little harder the second time due to renovations and space constraints, I found the service to be excellent. The staff was very helpful in making suggestions, but not pushy and let me take my time in making my decision. My glasses came in ahead of schedule and also for a lot less than I had expected. I would definitey recommend this business.

Jacquie was incredible and helpful. I'm new to glasses and she helped me choose one's I'd be happy with. Using her expertise and knowledge, she did everything she could to help me find the right ones and secure them in the price range I needed. She's excellent at her job and deserves a raise. Never felt rushed or pushy. A+++
