After a long time have I seen someone very kind and humble when dealing with customers .

Thank you so much Sree.People like you make hospitality and customer service a 5 star industry 🙏
Excellent customer service for reasonable priced glasses. I'm thankful for Johanna and Peggie for great suggestions and second opinions that helped me chose the right frame that fit what I wanted. The glasses I wore before was quite dirty, Johanna generously offered to get them cleaned for me and was quite helpful in picking options that would look good for my facial structure. I'm satisfied with my purchase and would suggest others to go here for classic styled glasses.
10/10 Customer Service
Sheily provided excellent customer service! A screw came off my sunglasses, and she fixed them quickly and free of charge. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend Sheily and the team at Second Specs!
