We had all of our windows (12) and exterior doors (4) replaced by these folks. From the very first interaction with Trent (Salesman) to the end of the installation with the install team (Justin-Crew Lead) I can honestly say that they are some of the absolute best! Everything arrived when they said it would and when the install team showed up they were organized and professional. After Justin and Don (Interior Finish Lead) had a quick walk through they had a 5 minute meeting with their guys and then the guys went to work. My wife and I would like to share our thoughts on the purchase and install of our new bay windows for our bedroom. I will start by saying, there is a reason why Red Deer Windows & Doors have been in business for so many years. Our experience, from start to completion, was absolutely spot on. Ok, maybe a couple of bumps in the process, but at the end of the day, they delivered and exceeded our expectations. Right from the initial contact, everyone at Red Deer Windows and Doors were involved and engaged with us in the process. Great experience overall! The sales associate Sergii was excellent. He knew is products well. He gave us good options regarding where triple pane may be useful and recommended against triple pane in the room with our wood fireplace. Respectful of costs.
Installers were excellent as well: Artem, Taras, Volodya, Valerii, Borys & Iwor are highly recommended.
