The salesman Sachin was very good. Helpful and quick with responses. The finance people were also very friendly and professional and prompt. Purchasing a vehicle was as easy as I could have ever asked for. I want to be very clear, the sales person and finance people were 5 star. The rest of my experience was not.

The vehicle I bought second hand from them had numerous issues that were not disclosed. The biggest issues were:
1: an unknown check engine code. I was able to clear it myself with my code reader. It was a catalyst system deficiency code. Should have been very simple for their maintenance department to fix.
2: no seatbelt buckles in the rear set. As well as the pivot hinges for the rear seats to fold down, and the retaining clips for the seat base to clip into. Had to buy them myself out of pocket from Hyundai Canada. Again, something that should not have been missed during their inspection.
3: the mass air tube that goes from the intercooler to the turbo was not attached to the turbo, resulting in it falling down and dragging along the ground when driving. This also resulted in a loss of power and the car feeling very anemic. According to the mechanic I took the car to, it had been doing that for a very long time. They reattached it to the turbo, but it will need to be replaced, again at my cost. Definitely something that should not have been missed. This issue tells me that the dealership never even got the car off the ground to look underneath.

Along with the rest of the issues that should have been very easy and simple for the dealership to fix, I consider this to be negligence on their part and they never should have been selling this vehicle in the state it was in.
