Super customer service! I received a gift set for my birthday, and I noticed that the body butter wasn't the texture it should be; it was all dried up like a puck. When I went in to purchase another tub, the saleswoman told me I could bring in the old product for a deal on a new tub. I mentioned that I live out of town and didn't have time that day to go back and get it, so she gave me a whole bunch of samples until I can get back to the city on Monday. Stellar customer service; I was very impressed!

the staff - two younger age 20ish employees were super helpful found what we were looking for in seconds and gave a bit of info on the products. they engaged with my teen so bonus points for that and now my teen likes the store because of the staff. I also love the store doesn't smell like 100 broken bottles of gross essential oils!

Whose mother doesn't dig Xmas gifts from Body Shop?? (Never met a mum who doesn't love lavender) ?Typical mall store, however the staff are probably the most friendly and attentive employees I've come across in awhile, so was def a pleasant experience. Lots of selection, (by selection I mean gift baskets) fairly reasonable pricing, and friendly staff. See ya next year same time Body Shop.
