Great place for amazing, well made products! Everything smells amazing and the staff are lovely to you and so helpful! Ash helped me find the Jamaican curly hair products, and hand lotion that have truly helped me with my curly hair and dry hands a lot! She also helped me look into the shampoos and conditioners and which ones would benefit me most! Ash was a very kind, helpful and passionate worker. I am always glad to see her face when I go, because I know she is always so willing to help me find the products I need!
Super customer service! I received a gift set for my birthday, and I noticed that the body butter wasn't the texture it should be; it was all dried up like a puck. When I went in to purchase another tub, the saleswoman told me I could bring in the old product for a deal on a new tub. I mentioned that I live out of town and didn't have time that day to go back and get it, so she gave me a whole bunch of samples until I can get back to the city on Monday. Stellar customer service; I was very impressed!
