I want to commend Amethyst at Sephora in Bower Mall for her excellent customer service. What I really appreciated about her was how she listened carefully to what I wanted instead of trying to push products on me.
When I first came in, I told her I wanted a light-coverage foundation and that I was also hoping for something within a reasonable price range. She respected both of those preferences and recommended products that truly matched what I asked for. I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive or something I didn’t need.

I attended the store today, Wednesday, May 6. I went in, knowing the brand of foundation I wanted. I was greeted by three different staff, and they were all very lovely and offered to help. I discovered I had forgotten to document the shade of foundation and since it was a gift the last time it was purchased for me, There was no way to look it up. Jonathan was fantastic. He did a few samples for shade match and when I got home. I realized he chose the exact shade I had before and the one that I needed. So impressed, great work Jonathan!
Me and my friend were helped by Aadi today. I’ve only known her for an hour, but I would die for her. Aadi was determined to help my friend find the perfect perfume for her wedding. We had looked for the perfect scent two times before with no success, but Aadi saved the day. She helped us for an hour and was sooooooo knowledgeable and passionate about her job. We tried over 20+ scents. At one point after we had left, my friend changed her mind and decided she preferred a different scent that we had sprayed on her hand and forgot what it was.
