We've been bringing our cat to Taylor Veterinary Clinic for the last decade for routine shots, check-ups etc. and the experience has always been great - staff are friendly and supportive, and their new location is a step up from their spot at Taylor Plaza.
As he's aging, our cat recently had his first out-of-the-ordinary health scare (type 2 diabetes,) and we're very grateful for the way TVC helped us to navigate this. Dr. Nain's treatment and advice led us to the ideal outcome (remission) and we're very impressed with the patient and thorough explanation he offered for all aspects of treatment and prevention of relapse.
Excellent service! I called at 430 on a Saturday after my dog was attacked. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes they saw her. She needed to be sedated and they stayed late ❤️

They took my cat in short notice because she needed an unexpected follow-up after an initial visit with our usual vet out of town. The assistant on the phone was empathetic and kind. Once at the clinic, we did end up waiting in the exam room for a while but the staff made a point of coming in and updating us/apologizing for the delay.
Finally met with Dr. Nain and was instantly at ease. Not once did I feel rushed. He was attentive, explained everything thoroughly, broke down all the options and what investigations could and should be done. He was also sensitive about the cost breakdown.
