Very bad and unprofessional experience. I went to this shop only for a tyre change. They took my car inside the garage and I have no idea what they were doing there. After they finished, they told me “your car is fine,” but when I drove back home, I heard a new noise from the back passenger tyre area. This noise was never there before.
I took a U-turn and went back. One guy sat with me while I drove, and then he said the noise is from the exhaust. I asked them to fix it, but they said I need an appointment. I told them I drive my car every day and if something happens, they will be responsible. Then suddenly they started saying different things like “we don’t have a jack,” “it will take 4 hours,” and they kept talking among themselves instead of helping.
At the end they started blaming me saying the problem was already there, which is not true. The noise started only after they touched my car. They even talked to me with attitude like I did something wrong by coming there.
This place is very unprofessional. They damaged my car and gave only excuses. I will never come back here again. Not recommended at all.

I recently brought my car to Rico's Talyer for maintenance, and once again, I’m beyond satisfied with their service! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My car now runs smoother than ever. Their pricing is much better than other shops, with no hidden fees.
This is my second visit, and my first experience was just as impressive, one of the owners stayed past closing time to fix my car, knowing I lived out of town. He made sure everything was in top shape so we could get home safely.
I highly recommend Rico's Talyer for anyone looking for honest and reliable car maintenance. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!
