To preface this review, I did not have my car detailed here. However, I did contact them with a somewhat niche problem and they were willing to take a look. My VW Golf was pouring water into the car from the moon roof. Going through a car wash wasn't possible unless I wanted to emerge as wet as the car. Even though it wasn't in their purview they researched and discovered the issue and then went ahead and figured out how to fix it. To top it off they didn't even charge for their service. 5 stars. When I need a full detailing I will definitely book my vehicle in here based on customer service alone. Thanks so much guys!
We have brought several of our vehicles to Quality Details and have been very happy each time. We’ve had remote starters installed, removed remote starters but the most recent was remove large stickers from our vehicle and they did a perfect job again with very reasonable prices. Thank you!
