My wife and I were in need of a vehicle. We went out to look at a vehicle and unfortunately it wasn’t for us, but our salesman Jordan was very helpful understood the situation we were in and did his best to find a vehicle that we were happy with, and I’m happy to say he succeeded everybody in the dealership treated us very nicely kind, caring service, and we got the vehicle that we really love, thank you highly recommend Fairway Ford!!!!
We purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Fairway. We had an issue with the front brakes. The safety done on the vehicle (not Fairway safety ) did not catch extreme uneven brake wear. Fairway stepped up and replaced the rotors and pads at no cost to us. We really appreciate the great commitment to excellemt customer service.
