They were called by 9:30am and were at my home by 10:30. Brett explained what would be happening and then they got to work. We're about 2.5 hrs removing wet carpet and wet drywall. Cleaned and sanitized everything, put up the fans and dehumidifier and were done. Friendly techs and very easy company to deal with.
PuroClean Red Deer has been outstanding to deal with. The entire company bent over backwards to make a truly difficult time as good as possible, Kyle Z the project manager consistently answering my dumb questions and concerns in a timely manner with a sincere understanding of my situation. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, start to end. The demo team Brook, Kevin, Jesse and Ronald were fantastic. Breya, Hunter, Kyle M, Shea and Katie looked after and cared for my contents from start to finish. They made numerous trips to my location, constantly going above and beyond.
