After a very long year of nothing but issues with our power washing skid purchased brand new from factory, we finally reached the Red Deer location. Due to ongoing mechanical issues that lead to very real safety concerns from equipment overheating by almost 100 degrees over what the machine is rated for not once or twice but 4 times in less than a year, I finally had enough and sent an e-mail to head office detailing our issues and concerns after Edmonton and Grande Prairie failed to fix the problem.

Before coming to Easy Kleen in Red Deer, I was honestly at the end of my rope with Easy Kleen. I’d been dealing with mistake after mistake after mistake, ongoing problems, and even after writing an email that was passed all the way up to the head office president, safety, and sales ,I still never received a reply. At that point, I was ready to walk away from Easy Kleen for good.

I callled and talked to Nathan after a bad experience I was having with another local shop. I had ordered a pressure washer elsewhere and had been waiting over 4 months for it to show up and was getting the run around. Nathan came to my shop inspected my old machine and said he could rebuild it for a fraction of the cost of a new one. 2 working days later he delivered the rebuilt machine and tested it at my shop. It works better then new. I highly recommend these guys for outstanding service and sales.
