I callled and talked to Nathan after a bad experience I was having with another local shop. I had ordered a pressure washer elsewhere and had been waiting over 4 months for it to show up and was getting the run around. Nathan came to my shop inspected my old machine and said he could rebuild it for a fraction of the cost of a new one. 2 working days later he delivered the rebuilt machine and tested it at my shop. It works better then new. I highly recommend these guys for outstanding service and sales.

I called in about a washer I had bought second had that wasn't even one of their own units. Spoke with Nathan. Told me to bring the unit in so he could look at and discuss and hopefully diagnose the issue. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing and he came out and looked at my unit, that I did not buy from them, made a quick diagnosis and proceeded to sell me about $8 in parts.I did not end up leaving till about 20 minutes after closing and he never mentioned it once. Just took the time to fix my issue and.make sure I was good so I could go to my job the next day and get work done. I have dealt with National Pressure many times in the last few years for service on our pressure washers. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. I would recommend this company every time! Thanks Nathan and staff at National Pressure Red Deer!
