The gentleman Tehgan in the fish room was incredibly helpful with getting my tank set up. I learned a lot of things I didn’t know about the hobby and really respect his manners and knowledge.

Most staff are very nice, but me and my friends were not allowed to go in with the kittens even tho one of us is 19 and the other two are 17, she was very rude about it and got mad at us for not speaking up about the ages, even tho we did to a different employee. The lady who was very rude to us was Kim I believe she is a manger. But overall every employee is super nice I've been going here for years.
