I wish they had more animals like they use to . Just because they are the only pet store around who acctually sells pets . Also It would be nice if they would up date the small critter inclosers. They look well used after 20-+ yrs . Also if they had a pee clean up station with wipes or paper towels and cleaner and trash can to clean up our own dogs mess would be nice to . Kieran (spelling?) needs a raise. He was the fish guy today (idk about always), but he was absolutely wonderful.the literal best. And the only reason this isn’t a one star review. Regardless of how many times the front till woman called me friend, and she WAS polite, but blatantly telling me all my fish are “going to DIE, you know that, RIGHT?” Was a little harsh. Staff were friendly and polite. A little sad that we weren't able to snuggle the cats unless we were serious about adopting one. They need love too. I definitely like going to see the hamsters, gerbils, fish, snakes and geckos. Most animals seem rather overpriced. My kids still enjoy going and seeing them though.
Side Note: It slightly bothered me when we wanted to use the snuggle bowls to hold the hamster we were only allowed to do it while supervised and for a couple minutes. As an adult it was a bit of an insult that I wasn't trusted to use the snuggle bowl with my child without supervision.
