“I signed up for a 3 week Yin Yoga program with Tina. It is part of her practicum. She is so warm and welcoming. My body is tired and it is really enjoying this program in that it is going at our own pace and doing the moves in the best way that works for us. Tina is calm and provides so many recommendations. She is running it again in January and I have already signed up for the next session.“

“Oh gosh this place is awesome, I woke up with a neck so sore I could barely even turn it, and they got me in an hour after I called, and let me tell you, it was the best massage I've ever had. I forgot to ask my therapist's name, but he actually listened to what I told him about my neck, and actually focused on that, and he paid attention to the knots in my muscles and understood how the body works, and he truly worked out as many of the knots as he could in the 60 minutes I was in, and alternated therapy with a bit of relaxation so I didn't get too sore while he was working. I have been to so many other places where I ask for help in a certain spot, they barely spend more time there, then move on. It was so refreshing to have someone who genuinely helped, and I will absolutely be back! Oh and he was firm enough to be very effective, but gentle enough that it didn't hurt too much while doing so. Thank you so much! It's the next day and I feel SO much better!“
