They have seen me before, but I was embarrassed to tell them about loosing my bottom denture, however they were very gracious saying it happens to alot of people. They helped me work through a new dental insurance with no problem. I was on a real time crunch, wanted to have them for graduation. They were very willing in accommodating my timeliness. They really are a wonderful staff. I was so happy, I can really smile in time for my Granddaughter as she gets her diploma.

I would and will recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. From the greeting you get from Debbie when you walk in the door to the utmost professional and knowledgeable work Dr. Klay does is the best. You're made to feel comfortable, at ease and valued. Dr. Klay goes through the entire procedure step by step and takes the time to explain it so you fully understand. He asks questions as well as answers them. He shows genuine interest and empathy for each patient especially if these are your first dentures. The product he puts forth is top notch and very good quality. I have had a few dentures before these, so have some experience. I have never been shown such attention and care as I did here at Gaetz Denture. I felt celebrated as a customer and never just tolerated. My appointment was a number of months ago and I am very pleased with the results with my complete upper denture and partial lower. I have never had a fit like this with attention to my existing teeth dealing with the partial. Thank you
