They installed our new furnace and we belong to their maintenance club for duct cleaning and furnace upkeep. They are great about booking in advance, always show up on time and clean up after themselves. Also like they explain what they are going. Special thanks to Jodi Larocque in the office
The city inspector did not follow up with me or action furnace until 11months after the inspection was performed, Daniel Manta came out first thing on the morning of our appointment, found what the inspector had described and was able to fix it within an hour. Kind, courteous, efficient and very patient and understanding with my frustration over the lack of communication from the city inspector. Thank you Daniel.
I was very happy with the work I had done by Daniel at Action Furnace. He explained everything to me before, during and after the work.
My only concern was finding the correct number to phone. The number listed goes to someone working remote and not in Red Deer. I talked to 3 different people. When I inquired if the parts were in. I was assured by 2 different ladies that they would find out and call me back. I never received call backs. The gentleman was less than helpful.
