I love this store and their friendly staff. My Dog loved it too. I am sad that a few rotten dog owners. Ruined it for us all. I may have to find another place to shop because my dog no longer understands why I need to leave her in the truck when I go to your store. This was our fun place and I bought a lot of stuff too

We came in today and received excellent service from the time we walked in the door until we left.
This has not always been the case at this location .
Thank you Helen for making the checkout process smooth thank you Cale for running back in and grabbing our bag that we had forgotten. You definitely went the extra mile. It was very much appreciated.. I wish I would’ve asked the names of the other couple people who helped us before we got to the till. Everyone was willing to try and answer our questions and help.

I thought that I received some pretty great help so I wanted to leave a review.
I got to the Okotoks Home Depot about 15 minutes before closing and was a bit frantic that I wouldn't have enough time to pick up all of the parts that I needed in order to finish an installation of a replacement washer. But a very knowledgeable Plumbing and Electrical Rep (Tom) was very happy to help me get everything figured out even though I am sure he had things to get done before closing. He tried a couple of piping arrangements and helped me with getting the proper electrical parts with about 5 minutes to spare. I was very impressed, not only by his knowledge... read full review
