Jen was very friendly and welcomed me and my little sister. She was so quick with the process but very professional. I got my septum done and it was painless. She sterilized the jewelry before hand and had gloves and everything proper. She seems very experienced and knowledgeable. She did provide me with after care aswell. Just read some negative reviews and I’m very confused. I will definitely be back:)
