“Absolutely love Tiff and how sweet she is to her clients. She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable, and she handled her first piercing like a pro thanks to Tiff.On a separate note there was another person working that seemed to be having a bad day. The way he spoke to 2 separate people in a very short period of time turned me off completely. I felt so bad for both of those customers and how they were treated. I think customer service training is in desperate need with this person.“
