We've used them on a few occasions, reliable and dependable. We even had a call out for an emergency water leak which Chris promptly attended to on same day. The only hiccup we had was once being double booked for replacing a toilet but Chris was able to arrange a colleague to drop-by same day, in the evening instead of afternoon. Will continue to use them for their services.
We have been using Jansen Plumbing as long as they have been in business (30+ yrs) and have found them to be reliable and dependable every time. Chris is usually the person who comes to our rescue and today (Family Day), once again it was Chris who was quick to answer my frantic text when I discovered large soppy wet spots appearing in my carpet downstairs! He quickly determined it was probably failure to shut off the valve to our outside taps. Having just moved to a new location, we neglected to check that.
