Could not adjust my heating with my thermostat this morning. So I called McCance and a technician by the name of Daniel came and very quickly found out what the problem was - thermostat needed new batteries. He installed new batteries and showed me how to do it for the future and everything was fixed. Daniel was great to deal with - personable and friendly and efficient. Will certainly call McCance, Okotoks again if needed. Thank You for GREAT service.
Our furnace quit working on the weekend during a cold snap. We called McCance plumbing and heating first thing Monday morning and they were able to have a tech at our place in 3 hrs. Daniel was very knowledgeable and proficient and able to diagnose the issue immediately. They quickly arranged to get the replacement part and had our furnace repaired by the next morning. The pricing was fair, he answered all our questions and the furnace is now running great. We would book with this company in the future. Thank you!
Plumber was extremely thoughtful and understanding. There was an issue with setting up a time to meet but when the issue was brought up, McCance Plumbing & Heating quickly overcame the issue and was able to accommodate my needs to fulfill the service.
