We had an awesome experience with Dale and couldn't be more grateful - especially as first-time home buyers. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to carefully examine everything and then explain his findings in a way that was easy for not just my husband, but also me to understand. He also had the official inspection report sent to us just a few hours after the inspection! Much faster than we expected!
