I just wanted to pop in and say, what a wonderful experience I had, I tried to order something from the online shop, and there was technical issue with the shipping costs, so I just phoned and inquired about it, the lady (I'm so sorry I don't remember who I was talking with,but you are wonderful) dropped what she was doing to help resolve the situation, I was able to complete my order on line with her assistance, I have recieved my beautiful purchase already, as I write this , I am just so very thankful how she went above and beyond, amazing customer service and dedication to resolving a shipping computer issue. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

HUGE thank you to the wonderful woman at Finishing Touches that helped me bring our blank canvas to life! I have a very difficult time finding pieces to bring both elegance and softness to our space, so I put my trust in her to find the perfect pieces…. She nailed it! ❤️

This is such a spectacular shop filled with beautiful gifts and decorations and supplies for the holidays. I really appreciate the quality and selection. It reminds me of Thomas Hobbs Florist, an institution in the upscale Kerrisdale neighbourhood of Vancouver.
