My cell phone suddenly would not send or receive email. I had it at both Rogers and Telus, neither could fix it. I took the phone to Big Rock Communications and Glenn had it sending and receiving emails in a few minutes.

My phone wouldn’t connect to cellular service, brought it in and Nick was able to look right away, figured out what was wrong and had it fixed within the week, the longest part was waiting for parts to come in. Phones has been working great.
