I have been to several dealerships and have had bad experiences at most. Pressure, lies, deceit, anything to make the sale.Raoul here went out of his way to assist me in doing the deal, and was professional and listened to me. The most important things a salesman can do! I was impressed.The manager Danny, who also assisted was friendly and helpful. And finally Dave, was awesome! He explained things and was transparent in what he did, and was friendly as well.I asked a lot of questions, and received answers on everything.I would say that this was likely the best car sales experience I have had. Let's see how good service and maintenance is!

If your looking to buy a vw, Dan heller is your guy. We bought a new Vw R from him and man I have never laughed so hard during a vehicle purchase in my life. There was zero pressure and the whole process was like hanging out with a good friend.Southgate VW you better keep this dude around !
