Booked appointment, 9 days prior, using online service through website. Glad I called the day of to confirm. He had no knowledge of the booking or any of the information I provided when booking. Booked for 1pm and asked him to call ahead. He said sometime between 1-3. Showed up right at 3 and didn't call ahead.Not going to complain about the work provided as my wife was the one at home, but if you're going to have a website with booking capabilities... maybe stay on top of it or at least learn how to use it.

Consultation about a fridge not working for a couple years. Spent too much money on other service repair person and still not working. Merl helped to solve the problem. He was absolutely amazing
