Had an issue with new Electrolux dryer making noise. Claudio from B&C came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Took the time to explain the components and their functions. Parts were ordered and were installed in a second visit very efficiently. Problem was fixed. Making the effort to explain what was wrong and the disassembly and reassembly steps was most appreciated.

Needed a new door switch on my washer. They pointed out there was one part number but there were two variants. I took mine out and brought it in and they made sure I had the correct part. Great friendly service
